The apartment is very nice, newly decorated and bright. It has a lovely little garden in front of the terrace. The owner Maria is really kind and helpful with everything you need.
Parking in front of the house is possible, and there was always space available.
The beach is close and nice to swim too.

The house was clean, offered all comfort desired. Feeling home from the very first moment. Vana is more than the perfect host. A warm welcome, 24/7 available to answer your questions, to provide any support needed, very good suggestions for day-trips, ... we really enjoyed our stay in la vita villas. Upon arrival even some fresh drinks were available in the fridge. On top also basic ingredients for breakfast (coffee, tea, sugar, milk, ... ) were available too. Our stay was fabulous.

Our stay at Villa Manolia in Preveza, Greece, was absolutely fantastic, and we can't wait to come again! This villa is a dream come true for families and groups of friends.
The spacious living room and terrace were perfect for us to relax and hang out, and the barbecue area added some extra fun to our outdoor gatherings. The brand new outdoor pool was not just refreshing but also looked stunning at night when it was all lit up.
We were blown away by the huge garden, which gave us complete privacy with no neighbors in sight. This meant we had peace and quiet all the time, making it an ideal spot for remote work. We could focus without any interruptions.
Let's talk about Fotis, our host – he was amazing! Fotis gave us fantastic recommendations for local restaurants, beaches, and activities, making our trip even more special. And to top it off, he spoiled us with delicious coffee and treated us to a Greek dinner at a hidden local tavern. It was one of the highlights of our stay!
As for the location, you can't beat it. Villa Manolia is in the perfect spot, making it super easy to get to the beautiful beaches of Parga, Lefkada, and Preveza. It's a central hub for exploring the region.
Overall, our experience at Villa Manolia was absolutely outstanding. From the fantastic facilities to the incredible host Fotis and the ideal location, we highly recommend this villa for an unforgettable vacation in the heart of Greece!

The property is very modern, clean and has all the facilities you would want. The beds are super comfortable. The bathroom and shower are very smart.
Living and dining area, although small and cosy, provide excellent comfort for a night in front of the TV.
Location is fantastic, a short stroll and you’ll find mini markets, coffee bars, boutique shopping and the most beautiful marina. An abundance of restaurants in the Old cobbled streets of town are very close by.
Parking directly outside the house with no worries of having to drive to find great places to eat or shop.
Helen and her sister Mary were excellent hosts and went the extra mile to provide outstanding service. Even had a cake made for birthday/anniversary celebrations.

This villa was very well-decorated, spacious, clean and cozy. The village in which the villa is located is a very quiet and serene place. The beach is also great. Our host Mado was accommodative, nice and responded to questions from us fast, which we really appreciate!

Everything was perfect! Our apartment was beautiful, clean and cozy. There is also a big balcony with stunning sea view, where we enjoyed our breakfast. Faros apartment has also nice garden. The beach is just few meters from the apartment, so just by using few stairs you come to very nice beach. The owner - Dimitris was very helpful and definetely the most friendly and kind person we met there. He helped us with everything we needed (airport transfer, car rent, restaurant and travel tips)… we recommend 100%
