We had an amazing stay at Pretty Spiti with our almost 3 year old. The property is lovely and really well looked after. Location is perfect, a very short stroll to the beach and restaurants yet really quiet and peaceful. There’s everything you need inside and out and the outdoor space in particular is beautiful and perfect for relaxing. Niki was a fantastic host, she is warm and friendly and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed and some lovely extra touches that were so thoughtful. We couldn’t have been happier with our stay and would highly recommend this property. Thank you Niki!

The villa was located just a stone's throw away from the main Laganas bar & restaurant area, making it very accessible. It was really easy to get to from the airport. The villa itself had all the facilities you could need, the outside area was stunning and we made use of the BBQ multiple times. The beds were comfy and the villa itself very spacious. The hosts were also superb, coming to our aid twice when we had questions and needed help. Overall it was fantastic value.

Villa Lagini was incredible - we had the most wonderful stay. Dennis and Philip are amazing hosts, so helpful and thoughtful, very quick to reply, arranging airport transfers for us, offering a change of fresh towels and making sure that everything was perfect for our stay.
All of the rooms are very well sized and air conditioned! The villa was incredibly clean and the pool was idyllic, very clean and a perfect temperature.
There is great wifi connectivity all throughout the villa and plenty of places to relax outside and inside - we loved the outside dining table!
The villa is in a perfect location!! 5 min walk max to the Laganas strip, very close to supermarkets and restaurants but far enough to not be disturbed by any noise - it’s a perfect oasis.
We would 100% recommend Villa Lagini to everyone and we would definitely return. Thank you Dennis and Philip!!

The host are a wonderful family, they own a restaurant with the best Greek salad and fish grill dishes. They were very friendly and helpful.
The villa is perfectly situated to travel anywhere including shops, supermarkets and recreational sites.
The house is super clean, pool and courtyard clean, everything functioning very well. Host are easy to approach at any time.
We highly recommend Villa Johnny for anyone looking for a villa, privacy, family, group experience on Zakynthos.

It was a beautiful house with a beautiful garden. When we were missing something in our house the owner came to bring it immediately. She is very nice and helped us very quickly every time. There is really good air conditioning in the house which is very nice in the heat. The garden has nice chairs and a hammock. There is also a canopy where you can sit wonderfully. You can walk from the cottage to the beach in half an hour and to the supermarket in fifteen minutes, perfect!
Location is fantastic, rooms are spacious and have all that is needed for a self catering holiday.
The apartments are safe and the outdoor space is ideal.
The hotel is very cosy, a pleasure even just to look around. The breakfast is delicious and satisfying, it was a great experience to eat by the pool. Equally nice to have a cocktail or a delicious light meal while sunbathing or bathing.
The staff are very friendly, cheerful and polite, happy to help with any queries.
The Rituals products included, and the fact that you can get a separate bath towel for the beach, are a treat.🤗
Extremely well appointed, comfortable apartment and very tastefully decorated. Spotlessly clean and comes with everything you need for a self catering holiday. The hot tub and sun beds on the roof terrace is a lovely area for relaxing.

Everywhere is clean and cozy, if you need anything they will definitely provide it for you in service, in general everything is gorgeous, it’s not far to go to the sea, but you can buy a bunch of interesting things and eat along the way to the sea))
Vere kind and experienced host!!! Brought us a lot of eggs from her father's chickens! When we arrived there where water, and snacks 🙂 The host also came with new sheets and towels!
She was very responsive and solved all problems we had. She even droved us to the bus station when we left!The garden is great and everything is clean and cosy. Our children enjoyed all the different animals in the neighborhood.
Beautiful place to stay! Cosy, clean, close to the main street and to the beach. Stuff with wide smile, enjoying to help US whatever we needed. Served food everyday so fresh and delicious. Nice, quiet guests, so we were able to have a rest and full of comfort. Bikes, sups, umbrellas free to borrow. Highly recommended! If we will be planning next visit to Laganas for sure we will stay here again 😉
