I cannot praise this property enough.
I read the great reviews before booking & they are all so true. Everything you could think of was perfect.
It is a loft conversion but you have your own entrance and you go up beautiful wide stairs, to reach the vast sitting room & kitchen.
Everything is completed to a high spec, attention to detail is amazing. You almost don’t want to leave the appartment, it just has such a great feel about it. The 4 bedrooms & bathrooms are also beautiful, again high spec with everything.
The beach is across the road, with beautiful clear water. It is in the centre but it is quiet inside.
The airconditioning in each room, provided the perfect temperature wherever you wanted it.
The hot tub was an experience, even our baby loved it.
The hosts, Roula with her family are super friendly & accommodating, happy to help with anything that we needed. We had a 2 year old, a cot was provided on request. They waited for us late at night for check in, check out was very flexible.
Their beach bar Ammos, a short walk from the property, was also special, with delicious food.
Kefalonia is beautiful but it was extra special being in this appartment and meeting this family.
I have travelled a lot & this is certainly top of the list for me.

The house is more than a house, it is a home which is glad to welcome its visitors. The rooms are very spacious and clean and the beds are very comfortable and inviting. The house has 2 terraces and a balcony, practically one for each room. In the morning you can hear roosters singing outside. The living room is very cozy. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances and the washing machine in the bathroom is a spoil. The air conditioners (each room has individual air conditioners) are more than enough, providing the perfect temperature. Regina and Kostas, the owners, are great people who make you feel part of the family. Moreover, the suggestions for the visits, the beaches and the contacts provided are so very welcomed. We've been to many places in Greece but this is by far the best. I LOVE HOUSE KOCHYLI!

The views from the terrace are spectacular, the apartment is renovated and in good condition. It’s close to Skala and has a nice beach very close.

A gorgeous villa on the edge of the hotel complex. The villa has use of the large hotel pool but then you can retire to the peace and quiet of the large villa terrace and enjoy the uninterrupted sea view. The hotel also has a small beach/swimming platform into the sea. the villa itself is clean, spacious and well equipped. The host was really helpful and was quick to sort out any issues. The complex is approx 4km outside of Skala, when e didn't want to drive taxis were only 8 euros each way which the hotel reception were happy to call for us.

The villa was superbly appointed, comfortable, clean, quiet and with the most fabulous views. No need for the aircon despite 30’ plus temps … open the doors and let the breeze in. Everything had been thought of Aggeliki was the most accommodating and attentive host. We took the two bed standard apartment. More luxury than standard. Good size apartment. Pool was really excellent with views over countryside and towards the sea and Zante. Beds super comfy. Kitchen well equipped. Aircon in both main room and bedroom worked well and was definitely needed. Kostas and Alexandra were both really welcoming and helpful and have worked really hard to make these 5* apartments. 10 minute walk to Katelios with great restaurants and bars. Immediate area peaceful and quiet. Would definitely recommend.
We loved this quiet little haven, a real oasis of calm. The apartment is cosy and stocks everything needed for a low key break. Nothing was too much trouble for Dimitrios and his Team. Super helpful, clean and relaxing

The apartments are very clean, cozy and with everything you need in the kitchen, bathroom. The place is amazing and have a pool and is beach front. The staff is very nice and Lina is the best. He helped us with everything we need. The place is 10+ and definitely we will stay here next time.

Absolutely perfect location if you enjoy katelious, very basic but in a authentic, romantic way,spotlessly clean,extremely comfortable beds,shower pressure was great,The owners and staff are lovely kind people and we felt very looked after and appreciated, we have stayed in all the 5 star hotels in katelious but would always now choose dreams,we are planning 4 weeks there next and 100% know we will be looked after,can not praise them enough.

My sister and I found the location beautiful, quiet and relaxing. The hosts were friendly and charming. Our rooms were cleaned every day with bed linen and towels changed more often than we expected. Good choice of breakfast. Not far to walk along the beach or the road to the restaurants. We would recommend this to our friends and relatives.
Immaculate 8 apartment complex (two one and two bedroom). All have a very exclusive feel lead out to a number of terraced patios and a really lovely pool deck looking out to sea. Staff, especially the cleaner, were very friendly and helpful. This probably the nicest self catering apartment we have found in our travels around the greek islands. The small town of Katelios is a couple hundred metres from the complex
