We have travelled many places in Greece, and this was one of our favorite stays. While the actual Villa is modest, the enormous patio with sweeping views of the sea, shaded by old pine trees was incredible. My two year old loved having a large, outdoor space where he could wander. The Villa is walking distance to several nearby beaches, and well as to restaurants, bakeries, and markets in Syvota. We also drove into Parga several days to take advantage of the great beaches, plentiful shopping, and food there.
Place was clean and stocked with necessities, and the host was communicative and helpful.

Very clean and newly renovated space, lovely outdoor area, such a beautiful quiet location, we only stayed one night and it was perfect for what we needed, the hosts were very lovely and helpful when my wife lost some skincare under the cabinet they helped find it for us.
We stayed for only one night. I liked the fact that it had an enclosed courtyard. So if you're traveling with kids you can breathe while drinking your coffee outside. Also, you can park inside the yard. The house was cosy, spacious and clean. No stairs so it's safe for the kids. What I think I liked most actually is the grandma who is the host there. Made our hearts feel welcomed. She brought us cookies and fruits for the kids and coffee in the morning.
Arriving late in the evening, we were relieved to find the reception open and waiting for us, ensuring a smooth check-in process. Our room, though cosy, provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
The highlight of our morning was undoubtedly the delightful breakfast served in Greek style.
