The apartment is clean, nicely and comfortably furnished. It would be more convenient for a family with children than for two couples. All the rooms are air-conditioned. Comfortable beds. There is everything, even a little too much stuff, for a comfortable stay. Fully equipped kitchen. Cozy terrace with a wonderful view.
The location is perfect. The resort is situated right on the beach, featuring a lovely olive and lime yard. The sea is calm with very small waves, and the sandy beach is private, with a small pine tree area in the corner. The bungalow was spacious and exceptionally clean.

This is a charming and spacious apartment, furnished with a personal touch and very well-equipped. There's a big supermarket across the road, and many cafes and restaurants within 5 - 10 minutes walk; the property faces the sea so it is very quiet. I enjoyed having breakfast on the roomy terrace, looking out on the fabulous views over the little bay to the mainland beyond (also lovely to watch the sunset from here). It's very handy for local buses, and in case you don't drive there is even a bus all the way from Athens.
We have really enjoyed our 10-day stay at Brown Beach Evia Island. Everything was perfect, including very diverse and rich food, great and welcome service as well as a very cozy and modern room.
The hotel is amazing, with so many bungalows and a big pool that is great for babies, infants, and toddlers.
Pet friendly.
But speaking of a room with a private pool is something that everyone should try it.
Pool area, food, bungalows - although not large but quite comfortable, on site car transfers (for example to beach). We did not have basic things like iron or kettle but we were provided upon request
