The villa was as advertised. Comfortable and clean. Location was perfect, the villa was equipped with all the amenities of home, and we had all that was needed for our stay in Agia Effimia. Our hosts were lovely. The gift basket and wine was much appreciated. Easy checkin. We would stay again.

The location and the house itself were great but it was the host that made the stay sensational. He was incredibly helpful. When we wanted to rent a car for the day, he arranged to have one delivered to us; when we asked about a taxi to the airport, he made all the arrangements. He also provided lots of helpful advice. Both my friend and I felt like he was our friend!

The place was excellent! We enjoyed our staying here because it is fully equiped (you can even find an umbrella for the beach)...you have jacuzzi and the whole comfort. We did a self-checkin and we enjoyed this! They even prepared earlier the house at around 12h30 o'clock. Everything is very clean. They even did clean the house after 2 nights of staying. Initially we thought it's too far from everything but in fact it has a great position as you can get by car to the largest city, Argostoli, in about 10 minutes. All beaches are at ~40-50 minutes from the house. The host was kind...we got some sweets on the table as well as some wine in the fridge. We enjoyed a lot!

We were made to feel really welcome with lots of lovely surprises in the fridge, and cake too! Katerina is a fantastic host. Location was great. It is a lovely family home. Lots of restaurants to walk to and beaches (with stones) nearby.

The studio that I was staying in was very comfortable and cozy. I had everything that I needed. Great bed, shower, and kitchen. The authentic design of the interior gave a very welcoming feel. Giannis, the owner of the place, was very helpful with everything . The breakfast was outstanding!!!

Cozy and clean apartment! The host even provided a bottle of wine and water that already waited in the fridge for us, super friendly. Only the bathroom is pretty small, but that is also shown in the pictures. I recommend the studio for a short stay! :)
This is a great apartment in a superb location! just 150 meters from the beautiful harbor which is surrounded by charming cafes and restaurants. The apartment is spacious and comfortable. Maria, the host, was incredibly generous and kind offering lots of helpful tips. We highly recommend this place.

Amazing uninterrupted views. So quite. The villa was spotlessly clean with everything you could want including pool towels. Donisisos came nearly every day and nothing was too much trouble. We arrived late and he had got us some supplies. The villa felt very secure as well. BBQ was great and we used it a lot. Pool and gardens were immaculate and the hot tub was a great bonus. The town is lovely with lots of great restaurants and supermarkets. Snorkelling was fabulous

The friendly owner met us on arrival and showed us our room. The room is adequate, maybe on the little side but this didn't matter. The balcony is lovely as it overlooked the beautiful sea. Your in the centre of the charming village of Effimia within 3 minutes walk. Great choice of cafes and restaurants. Enjoy.
The location was really good, just short walk to all restaurants, nearest beach and local shops. The view from balcony was so lovely and at this time of the year you can enjoy sunrise every morning! The apartment is cosy, everything you need to enjoy your stay is there. We really appreciate a bottle of wine we have been welcomed with and some local sweets !
It's a bice cozy hotel, that's well maintained. We had a spacious bedroom with a sea view. The bathroom was ok, the kitchen was semi equiped.located in a small village with seceral restaurants and supermarkets, a small marina, a couple of boat rentals and nothing more, the place kinda resembles the village. Beautiful flowers in the front makes it really cozy and romantic.
The staff kindly waited for us to arrive, as we were way past our arrival time, due to a car malfunction.
