The property is delightful. A lovely 2 bed cottage with a nice garden and swimming pool, away from the city chaos, just 500m from the sea. While the property is not kitted out with the latest tech or facilities, it is as you would expect someone’s everyday home to be like. What makes it, is the 24/7 on call host Maria! She is so lovely and wants to make sure you get the most out of your time, be it suggestions for activities, meals, or to make you comfortable. The fridge and cupboards were prepped with a few staples (and wine!) to get us through the first day at least. She is so happy and kind and really made us feel welcome! The house had all the kitchen gear we needed to cook and eat well, when we stayed in. With a washing machine and dishwasher, it also made life very easy. Our only sadness was the dip in temperature that meant the pool was freezing! Didn’t stop us trying it out, everyone knows that time spent in very cold water is good for you!
Needless to say, the sea was warmer and just a 5 min walk away to find a small basically private beach - dreamy! Finally, we didn’t do Athens cultural bits, and instead enjoyed the local area, including a beautiful sunset visit to Temple of Poseidon, just 13 mins away.

It was in a very nice quiet area, with a very clean and spacious beach only 10’ on foot! The house was spacious, as described, and has a lot of light and beautiful balcony and grill area. Very nice for a group of couples like us. Great host too! In total we enjoyed the stay a lot!

Amazing location. 2 minute drive from beaches, shops and restaurants. Car not really necessary if you’re staying in the town as only 10 min walk to the front. The villa itself was absolutely beautiful. It was a potless and had everything we could have wanted. Terrace and outdoor areas were beautiful and very peaceful. Although we didn’t use it, there was also a private jacuzzi. Hosts were lovely and very helpful and also made us a welcome cake which was delicious. Had accidentally made the booking for a family with a baby, and a lovely cot was already set up inside. Overall, everything was fantastic.

Eleni's house is a cozy gem, just in front of a small beach and 100 mt from the main one. The equipments and the cleaning were perfect. The veranda and the garden are a plus. The house is just 10 min from Lavrio's city center and 20 min from Cap Sounio's temple by car. I highly recommend it if you want to enjoy visiting the area.
The location is ideal for a quiet romantic getaway. The view from the appartment is splendid! We stayed all day gazing at the sea and relaxing. We will definitely come back again!
Super cozy stay with the private beach access was splendid. More crystal clear water easily within reach. Bring swimming shoes, the beaches are a bit rocky.
The view from the beach at the hotel of the Temple of Poseidon is stunning. The bay is lovely to swim in. This is an idyllic spot with an excellent restaurant close by. The hotel buffet breakfast had a very good choice of food. The staff in the restaurant and bar were lovely and the hotel very clean.
A perfect place for a quality and quiet family vacation. The hotel and the staff think of all the small details, everything is of high quality, the beach is amazing, the pool is fun with water from the sea. Many good taverns around, the food in the hotel is high quality and not very very expensive and the staff is simply charming and helpful. highly recommended
