This laid-back property is really one of a kind, its like going back to a more elegant time, where you can have your own private Greek island experience that is totally off the beaten path. The place has a really nice cool vibe, the inside is spacious and it feels like a home. You have enough space to spread out both inside and outside and the connection with sea is just second to none. This is the perfect place to relax and watch the sea. The house looks even better than the pictures! Our hosts were wonderful,they welcomed us with fresh fruits and cold water in the fridge. The outdoor shower with hot water is amazing. No neighbours,so it is quiet and peaceful. The whole house feels like home - from all the kitchen appliances to the most important telephone numbers stuck on the fridge. Just fantastic!

The room was cozy and fit for a family. The hotel is well located close to every points of interest in Anmouliani (city centre, restaurants, supermarkets, even a small beach). Maria was very warm and welcoming, ready to provide us with all we needed. Considering the whole context of a very small island, it was a nice location for a short stay.

Maria is the loveliest host, caring, thoughtful and warm. The rooms are compact yet cosy, beautifully rustic, with spacious balconies that offer a glimpse of the sea, with beautiful surroundings full of flowers. It's nearby beaches, Old Town and great restaurants. If you want to experience true Greek hospitality, Maria's Niriides is the place.
Very good apartment, brand new. It is very cosy and well decorated. The location is perfect. The sea in front of the property has a very fine sand at the bottom which is a good option, if you decide to take a day off exploring the island.
The house was very cozy, authentic with an amazing view, and comfortable having everything we needed for a perfect vacation by the sea ⛵ We enjoyed especially the outdoor shower!
Wonderful apartment, amazing host,great location. Very well equipped home, clean and cozy. There is everything you need. The is located in the heart of village, close to the restaurants, bars and shops. Eleni is very caring and charming person. She took care of everything. We were welcomed with water , fruit,snacks and small gifts. I recommend the apartment to everyone who wants to visit Ammouliani.
Our stay at Casa Santagua was absolutely incredible! The location was breathtaking, with clear waters and amazing sunsets right at our doorstep. The house had a charming and cozy vibe that made us feel right at home. The sea-view terraces allowed us to relax and immerse ourselves in nature. With direct beach access, we enjoyed snorkeling and lounging on the provided sunbeds. Despite its age, the well-maintained and spacious house had everything we needed for a perfect vacation. It was a rare and highly recommended experience!
Wonderful little cozy cottage in the middle of olives trees, very close to a nice beach (5 minutes by walk). Anna is very nice and helpful. If you are looking for a very quiet place, little but with all the comforts (and a wonderful terrace), this is the place!
