The location is very convenient if you have a car. You can access beaches, restaurants, tavernas, bakeries, markets gas stations in 5-10 minutes drives. You can reach the highway in five minutes for longer distance travels (e.g. komotini, xhanti, kavala).
The villa is secluded within a rather large olive garden. The villa is a three-story building. At the bottom level the owner resides. Top two stories are for the guest (i.e., practically you are renting a duplex villa). Both the garden entrance and the building entrances are separate from the owners' entrances. Therefore, your privacy in the villa is high.
As the name of the estate suggests the view of the villa is magnificent.
No problem with cleanliness.
We stayed as a family of four and the villa is large and comfortable enough for us during our vacation of six nights.
All the necessary equipment and material needed were present in the villa (ACs, washing machine, TV sets, high-speed Internet/WiFİ access, soap, shampoo, coffee, toilet paper, glasses, plates, coffee machine etc.). We did not feel the absence of any necessary item.
The host (Ms. Isidora) is a very polite and helpful person. She answered all our calls almost immediately, provided us with very helpful information about our vacation (restaurants, beaches etc.).
