Loved the property
Very homely , the owners were great with communication. Our stay was very short as in the area for a family party . Lovely biscuits 🍪. Lots of information within the property if you were there for a lengthy stay .
Apparently the downstairs loo seat needs a bit of attention doesn’t stay up . But loved it . If my husband had told me about the seat I’d have left a note 📝, men 🙄
Thanks for having us .

Where to start? We were hunkered down from the storm for the weekend and couldn't have chosen a better place to do it. Alfrick is lovely, with the community shop and plenty of walks (even for wet days on the roads) straight from the house. Lovely modern house with good sized rooms, warm and with great beds and showers, and a nice secure garden to let the dogs out into.
Cottages are perfect for travellers who enjoy feeling cosy and independent in the countryside. Usually small, traditionally built houses, cottages spread across one or two floors, making them great for families, or holidays with a little more privacy.

So good! The cabin itself was modern, clean and cosy. The hot tub was great. The communal fire pit worked well and handy to be able to get some BBQ supplies from the farm shop on site. The hosts Brett and Paulo were both extremely helpful and kind. They even had the hot tub all fired up and ready for us arriving which saved a lot of time and effort for us. Would 100% recommend
It was really cosy, the surroundings were beautiful, right by the little lake, there were baby ducklings too.
The hot tub was extremely nice, very hot and stayed hot, we brought some logs but only used 1 as we were left with a good amount of logs.
Shower gel and shampoo in the cabin aswell as a sponge and washing uo liquid, which is a lovely touch.
Cottage was beautiful inside and outside. Great location, rooms spacious yet cosy. Extra details like welcome hamper with eggs, cookies, cider and milk and bread being left for us were a lovely touch. Games room was a massive hit with us all. It felt like a home from home and we will definitely try to get back as soon as we can.
Lovely cottage with parking. It was comfortable & was an easy place to stay at.the communication between myself & the client was swift & good & an all round pleasant experience.
The cottage was very well equipped with everything needed for a wonderful night away. Very cosy with the fire. Was a great location for the children to play at the park and also a lovely garden to play in.
This little place is not only incredibly comfy & cute with outstanding scenery & quirky charm- it is also stocked with almost every little extra home comfort you could possibly think of for a romantic weekend away... from welcome snacks & drinks upon arrival to little board games, a bluetooth speaker, slippers & cosy robes.... way too many to ... we definitely want to revisit!
