The Space was amazing, brilliant for a big group of people , you could all be together but still have your own space. All rooms were a great size and the kitchen onto the living room was perfect . The house itself is beautiful……but needs work

The location was nicely tucked out the way, but in under a mile you could hit the main road and in 15 mins at a beach, perfect! The barn is homely and beautifully decorated, really spacious, especially when you bring dogs. Two things I loved, huge comfy sofa and a superking bed; in most places you’re lucky to get a sofa that seats two, let alone one you can just sink into after a day out. Also has large enclosed garden for the dogs. The hosts were so friendly and very helpful, nothing was too much trouble and the information pack about the barn, places to visit and eat, amazing. We’ll definitely be returning.

Unbeatable location - stunning beach just across the road; a great base for other day trips. Apartment complex is well maintained; lovely staff members; pool and sauna was nice. Apartment itself is modern, well equipped, a good size, and has everything you need for a family stay. Bathrooms and showers were excellent.
Great location for a peaceful getaway. The cottage is really fantastic. It had all the necessary amenities to make us feel at home. Hosts were lovely and on hand to help with any additional requests. Highly recommended
Such a beautiful lodge and what a setting! We loved the views and the firepit seating area. Everything perfect for a long weekend in north Devon. A big thanks to Debbie and for the courtesy biscuits and wine which was a nice extra.
The property is unbelievably good, clean, very comfortable, well equipped. The location is superb, a small beach with a lovely cafe 50 feet away, the main beach and village a ten minute walk. The property has a front row seat to a stunning sunset. Across the road people literally come to the spot just to watch it. The hot tub was the cherry on top. I cannot fault this property
Everything. The cabin had everything we needed for a stay over New Year. It's was warm and exceptionally clean. The hosts were very kind and left us some biscuits and a bottle of wine.we would highly recommend Birdsong Lodge.
The views were beautiful! We loved how secluded the lodge was and saw and heard lots of wildlife including owls, frogs and a deer! The lodge was really cosy and had everything that we needed.
View from dinning room stunning. A great way to start your day. Only complaint about anything toast was always cold. Pool - sauna and hot tub, fantastic. We will definitely return one day.
As it was self catering we did our own Breakfast.
