Absolutely fabulous stay in a lovely cottage.
Spotlessly clean, everything catered for and flowers on arrival.
We kept the log burner going all weekend as it was so cold and this produced plenty of heat and hot water all weekend. Would definitely recommend and hope to be back

Amazing property to visit, 6-7 people can accommodate easily without feeling and conjunction in it, very well maintained and furnished.
Cottages are perfect for travellers who enjoy feeling cosy and independent in the countryside. Usually small, traditionally built houses, cottages spread across one or two floors, making them great for families, or holidays with a little more privacy.
Everything, there was nothing to dislike ! Spotlessly clean , a real home from home , everything you could ask for and more.the setting is absolutely beautiful, saw red squirrels and woodpeckers and the hosts chickens were very entertaining, would definitely recommend this beautiful lodge !
Beautiful little cottage. Cosy and clean and perfect location to visit our daughter and family in the village of Whitwell. Nice walk in to village even though footpaths bit muddy this time of year but that wasn’t a problem.
Lovely place to stay in. We enjoyed our time there. The owners put a lot of attention into details in decorating the lodge, really cosy and comfortable. We will definitely want to come back!
