Lovely cosy little cottage. Tucked away in a quiet little street. A short walk into Tynmouth and 2 or 3 minutes walk to the beach. Everything in the cottage that we needed. Huge fridge freezer and well equipped kitchen for anyone who wanted to eat in and cook there.
Really lovely furnishings and very comfy beds.
Bathroom is gorgeous with a fabulous shower.

The location is absolutely spectacular. I can’t imagine staying any other place in Newcastle, and it matches or exceeds any other place I have stayed. The quaintness of the cottage, the view of the entrance to the Tyne, the ruins of the castle, to the north, the field with its benches, upon which to sit with coffee and take in the peace of the water and the souls who have come before is unparalleled.
Superb location extremely close to beach in a charming town with easy access to Newcastle. Would highly recommend the weekend market and plenty good options for food and drink nearby. Cosy, clean and comfortable - especially the beds. Thoughtful welcome details- like milk/coffee pods and Tyne-themed sweets!

The location is great, a short walk to the high street for great shops and cafes past a quiet little beach and the Priory. Lots of great walks right outside the door. Bed was comfortable and myDog friendly room was cosy and convenient.
The Old Sea Stable is located a short walk from the beach and also Tynemouth Village. The cottage was nicely decorated very clean and well maintained. It was perfect for our 3 night stay. Our Host was very helpful, and answered our questions sent by email and text very quickly. Our host was very flexible, allowing an early check in and also provided guidance to local facilities, bars and restaurants.
