The property was beautiful, exactly like the photos. There are a great selection of things provided, right down to the pans, condiment sachets and cutlery. Fantastic wildlife on the grounds. The hosts are exceptional. They are genuinely the kindest hosts I’ve ever experienced and helped us numerous times. The property was cleaned to the highest standard and we will definitely be booking here again on our next trip. Thank you very much again - the first review I’ve wanted to rush to post. 10/10.

This gorgeous cottage was a home from home. It was in a great location: quiet and in the countryside yet so close to so many things to do. Our family of 4 LOVED this cottage. It had 2 lovely bedrooms and the living room and kitchen had all the facilities needed for a self catering break. Would 100% recommend this to anyone looking for a quiet location near to Chester.
My stay at Tarporley Holiday Cottage exceeded all expectations. It provided the perfect combination of comfort, beauty and tranquility. We left feeling refreshed and will memories of a gorgeous cottage in a gorgeous countryside village.

Tranquil location with lovely countryside views. Cosy cottage style. Warm, bathroom immaculate. Lovely breakfast touches such as fresh milk. Full Sky HD package with Sport, Movies and Music. Ease of check in and out, hosts on hand for anything if required, but didn't need anything.
Chirk Cottage was very comfortable, cosy lounge with log fire that was easy to light and sustain. Great views from spacious bedroom. Helpful, friendly hosts. Horses and dogs. Good location, central for walking the Sandstone Trail. Large choice of pubs and restaurants within 3 mile radius. Quiet countryside.
