Lovely decor. Such a cute quirky little cottage and loved that there was a fenced off outdoor space for the dog to go out. Fantastic location.
Cottages are perfect for travellers who enjoy feeling cosy and independent in the countryside. Usually small, traditionally built houses, cottages spread across one or two floors, making them great for families, or holidays with a little more privacy.
Excellent value for money. The lady on reception was helping a van driver, who was also staying, to sort out his parking arrangements. She showed us to reception and started checking us in. She asked about our plans for the evening, then gave us a quieter room away from the function happening that night as we weren't going out. The room was clean and cosy.
The lodge has been built and furnished to a very high standard. Not your standard holiday rental. Check-in instructions were clear, facilities and supplies were excellent.
Totally peaceful and serene setting. The cabin had everything we needed. The kitchenette was well equipped. The shower room was modern and clean. The bed was very comfortable. We can’t wait for an excuse to return.

We had a wonderful stay at The Lodge. The bungalow had all the facilities we needed and the welcome package was gratefully received. Would highly recommend and hope to return again.
