What a lovely place to stay. You are so welcome and it's homely, comfortable. Casey and Joe were great hosts. Nothing was too much trouble. This place is a 10 out of 10 place to be. Rooms are comfy and cozy. Hats off to Joe for the amazing food. Breakfast sets you up for the day and evening meals sets you up for the evening (plenty of it) very tasty and then retire to the bar afterwards and enjoy Casey, Joe and (Maggie n Max two cute little dogs) for a drink.
We are returning in January. 100% Beautiful and peaceful place to be.

We received good communication throughout our booking from our host, Claire. On arrival we liked the airiness and cleaniness of this property. The welcome 'brew kit', including fresh milk and a box of delicious Parkin biscuits, was a pleasant surprise and we very much appreciated the thoughtful hospitality! Both double bedrooms were spacious and the beds and linen were comfortable and clean. The single bed was totally adequate for an adult to sleep in. The ablution areas were spotless and the bath towels etc were super soft and clean, The sitting room was snug and accommodated 5 adults comfortably. The kitchen/diner was well appointed with clean appliances, crockery and utensils etc. The property is within walking distance to Town's shopping centre and the South Bay is not far away. All in all we recommend this property when you next visit Scarborough.

Ashville Grange was fantastic. We had a group of 5 of us so we had plenty of space but could easily have accommodated more. Property is well decorated and furnished and super comfortable and cosy. Had everything we needed for our short stay.

We loved the idyllic, peaceful location with beautiful walks on the doorstep. The log burning stove and hot tub made it a cozy, relaxing stay. Alan and Helen had thought of everything to ensure we had a fantastic break.
The host and the cottage were very welcoming. The cottage was clean, cosy, and well maintained with everything you would need for a comfortable stay provided. The hot tub and use of the large garden is a real bonus. It's in a beautiful area and a great location to explore from. Ourselves and our dogs had a great time.
The location is brilliant. the facilities were good. The hot tub was amazing. Beds were really comfy, the cottage is large inside. The owner was really friendly and could contact her on WhatsApp if we needed anything. The Garden is beautiful. There is also a wood burning fire in the living room which made it feel amazingly cosy 😊we found it excellent value for money.
Scalby is a lovely village with two nice pubs. There's a tearoom next door. Lots of walks on the coastal path from cottage. We parked our 3 cars easily on the main Rd. It was so quiet in the cottage even though the road is quite busy. Our hostess was charming and met us with the key.The kitchen was wonderful, cosy lounge, big bathroom and bedrooms. Surprised at the private courtyard at the back. Didn't want to come home.
