Lovely comfortable house in a good location. Owner is very quick to respond to any queries. Transport links are good, bus stop is a few yards down the road and there are some nice pubs, restaurants and shops in the immediate area. Whenever my dad visits Wimbledon, this hotel is always his first choice. The communication before his stay is always smooth and efficient, and he’s given a warm welcome upon arrival. He has stayed in both a single and a double room, and both have been equally comfortable, though the double is noticeably more spacious. The house is a beautiful, clean and comfortable house that was beyond my expectations. The host was kind and gracious and supplied us with everything we needed. I was very happy and would definately reccomend this property. We were 11 adults and 3 children. I would say that it was quite the max amount of people more or less. The lounge area and eating area was more accomodating for about 9 people so that was a little tight.

Cottages are perfect for travellers who enjoy feeling cosy and independent in the countryside. Usually small, traditionally built houses, cottages spread across one or two floors, making them great for families, or holidays with a little more privacy.
Cosy old fashioned traditional English Pub in the middle of suburbia with great pub food, comfy bedroom and great bedroom facilities and food ar breakfast was amazing. The staff were also very friendly and helpful making the stay all the more bearable and an excellent one.

I arrived very early from Heathrow airport and asked for an early check-in. My assigned room was not available but the reception staff made a plan and provided me a room, which was a relief and well appreciated.
The breakfast on the terrace was superb and the service was very good.
We visited the spa and enjoyed the pool, hot tub, steam shower and sauna. Such lovely facilities and well-enjoyed.
The room is well organised with a sofa, facing the pond and grass field with a lovely morning and evening window view. The pub is comfortable esp. the seats near the fireplaces. The staff are nice and helpful. The location is near my working place and there are some traditional English buildings on the way, such as the church, Strawberry Hill Castle and the gallery.
