We enjoyed the cozy personality of this property. This is not a cookie cutter hotel-type accommodation, but a unique opportunity to stay in a historic cottage. Pittenweem is a beautiful village and this property is the perfect place from which to explore this special area of Fife. The heating is lovely, the showers are excellent, Ave the kitchen is well equipped. As a book lover, I was delighted to see all of the vintage books, some by my favorite children’s authors, in every room.
An excellent, cosy cottage for 2. Well appointed, beautifully decorated, has everything you need. Special mention for the cleanliness - could not fault it, absolutely spotless.

Parking own the road outside was not a problem and the road seemed very quiet. It's only 5 minutes walk down to the sea with its busy fishing fleet in the harbour and the fish market at 8am would have been interesting but we slept very well.
Chip Ahoy! supplied us with some excellent Halibut and chips in place of Monkfish which had run out.
A spotlessly clean, comfortable and cosy base a short stroll from the harbour in this lovely charming village, which was ideal for a family weekend get-together - and the late summer sunshine was an added bonus!
All facilities and equipment you’d need for self catering. Even a grater! Lovely nautical design, special touches: thanks for the milk on arrival - cup of tea much needed!
