Everything was great couldn’t fault the staff however, there was no booklet or instructions on how to use anything. If you’re travelling from overseas to a different system you like to read a welcoming pack and a guide on how to use the utilities. There was a spa but no instructions. We did have to ask the maintenance man for help with tv he was very patient and very obliging with help, as was reception. The only comment would be to have a welcome pack with instructions to know to use everything would be helpful I think otherwise excellent place to stay

Lovely cottage in a stunning and peaceful location
Oakbank Cottage is located in Pitlochry, 12 km from Blair Atholl Golf Club, 23 km from Aberfeldy Golf Course, and 33 km from The Scottish Crannog Centre.
The property was immaculate and the facilities were excellent.
Laize Lodge exceeded expectations and certainly is the luxury lodge as advertised! The quiet setting, serene views, luxury hot tub and furnishings made this trip one I can’t wait to take again. The lodge itself was impeccable, comfortable, larger than expected and cozy. Communication with Morag was consistent, helpful and friendly. Will certainly be booking again!
Location was perfect and very private. The Hot tub and Sauna were great and very easy to use. The cabin was well kept and nice and toasty in the evening.
The one bedroom lodge had lovely decor and felt more like with a luxurious cottage than a cabin, a welcome bottle of Prosecco was a nice bonus. It was freezing outside but the lodge was always toasty warm.
The paths and roads on site were cleared of snow and gritted even on New Year’s Day.
The scenery was beautiful in the snow, plus the lodges are easily accessible from the A9.
The wooden lodge itself is really beautiful , the fireplace is a good touch, very romantic. The hottub was fantastic too, so relaxing with great views. The were other people in other lodges but we didn't hear any noises. We enjoyed our stay there, I would recommend Kinnaird lodges good place to stay.
Great countryside location. Quiet and relaxing. Amazing spacious lodge and fabulous hot tub. The extra touches like DVD selection, logs to burn (£10 honesty donation) and nespresso machine all made the stay extra special.
very clean and cosy accommodation great hot tub with fab views we were in lodge 4 and although the car park was full it was very quite nice walk down to the Moulin Inn for great food really enjoyed our stay
Good location near Pitlochry. Lovely little lodge with great views from the hot tub. Quite cosy inside especially the bedroom. Good amenities in the kitchen and nice outside space. Comfy lounge.
