This was perfect for a brief stay whilst my son was at Boardmasters in Newquay. The pod was warm, cosy and really comfortable. The kitchen was perfect for quick, easy meals. The dogs had a safe space to roam and although the village is around 4 miles from the beach, it was easy to navigate to the A30 North and South, East to Truro or East to the coast at Porthtowan and St Agnes.
I spent most of our stay on long walks and finding dog friendly beaches. Debbie was super welcoming and her suggestions for apps, walks and food were very helpful.
I would absolutely stay here again and loved the property and the location‘a proximity to great walks and beautiful beaches.

Very warm, comfortable and well-equipped for a family with small children. The downstairs living area is spacious and uncluttered, perfect for very mobile little ones. It was good to be up a hill, a little separate from the village and at the end of a cul de sac with grassy area in front of the house, but with parking space very close by. We enjoyed the five-minute walk down the hill to the sandy playground, the lovely beach and the main village shop. It was the right season for collecting mussels and the children had great fun doing that.

Cozy bungalow right on the beach and round the corner form the high street. near a buss stop that will take u to Newquay for a day trip. Was a very quick walk to an amazing beach which has surfing and a sea pool with great bars on the sand. The property it self was perfect. Fully functioning kitchen, great picnic table in the large garden, spacious bedrooms, fantastic heating. Had a great time !
Greenbank is a beautiful cottage in a beautiful place. "Cottage" doesn't feel like it does it justice actually - it's spacious, much bigger than it looks on the outsid, incredibly well restored, and super comfy. We didn't get to spend too much inside - spent the weekend surfing - but it was an ideal and tranquil spot to return to after a day with a big group out on the beach.
