This property is an absolute gem, we arrived in storm darroch and were greeted by our hosts who gave us lots of great information about where to eat etc. only 3 miles from Padstow with a wealth of restaurants.
This little barn is a delight, warm and incredibly comfortable. Every attention to detail has been carefully thought about. Piping hot water, great heating, lovely bathroom, well fitted kitchen area with all you could need. Nice added touches, little bottles of wine, Prosecco and snacks, tea, coffee machine and capsules, hairdryer, iron, wardrobe, drawers, drinks fridge, coat and boot rack, lovely soft furnishings etc. very quiet location, great undercover parking , Super Tv and wifi.
It felt very solid and cosy during the storm. The location was amazing for north Cornwall and the Eden project. Lands end was approximately 50 miles but access to everywhere was very easy

Perfect location within reasonable walking distance of all of Rock’s amenities from the restaurants by the harbour past the shops and petrol station and on to the pubs and breweries round the corner. Daymer Bay and Polzeath beaches also within 10mins drive.
Property was as described and rooms if anything were a little bigger than in photos.
Large parking space out front is perfect.
Everything clean, tidy and in working order.

It was a lovely location , near to padstow . The property had everything we needed the hot tub was a bonus . , its self catering but we did use the restaurant a couple of times for dinner . Which was ok . I would have expected a better decor and food range considering the style of accommodation.
But overall the whole family loved it , peaceful and relaxing
I loved the very spacious bedroom and bathroom. Great shower and comfy bed. Lots of cupboard and drawer space. Lovely bath with bathroom tv. Gorgeous unobstructed views from the bedroom across the bay. This hotel is conveniently located outside the busy centre of Padstow in lovely countryside adjacent to a charming old pub.
This is a lovely old cottage that has been tastefully restored. The location was amazing in the heart of the village.
We would highly recommend to anyone.
Beautiful cottage, perfect for a romantic getaway. We spent New Year here and had a fabulous time. The location is excellent, just a short walk down to the village but far enough away to be really quiet at night. Kitchen is well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Convenient parking right outside. We loved the fire in the lounge, made it really cosy. Owner kindly posted back an item we had left behind which was really appreciated. We can't wait to come back!
Loved the cabins! we got a 4bed for 2 nights at a really reasonable price. Would be a great stay for families or groups of friends. As a couple we enjoyed the facilities, gym pool sauna and steam room. Recommend taking flips flops or sliders to walk to and from pool and dont forget a towel as they do not provide! Cabins are fully equipped for a self catering stay. Location is great 10mins drive to Padstow. Make sure you check the grounds out! We really enjoyed our stay
Lovely cottage in a perfect, peaceful location. We used it as a great base to explore beautiful Padstow and Cornwall. Close to so many Gorgeous beaches including Harbour Cove and Harlyn Bay. We had an idyllic weeks stay at The Bellagio and would definitely return. Would Highly recommend.
