Place was exceptionally clean. Amazing home, beautifully renovated. Hosts were very understanding and very welcoming.
We were playing a festival in Oldham (we are a rock band!), and we found this place and booked it due to the price.
For so cheap, you expect a dump. But it's far from it. The welcoming pack was a great addition, the biscuits are lovely!

It was very clean and very tidy. Easy to find and easy to get in from where we parked our car. It is a great house. The living room is so spacious, kitchen is beautiful and a bonus of having a downstairs toilet.

The house was absolutely beautiful, spotless and cosy yet spacious.

Everything was perfect, with all amenities that would be needed available. Our little American family were besotted with this beautiful little cottage and enjoyed their stay. The surrounding countryside was beautiful and in the future we would consider this place first :)

It was incredibly cosy, despite staying during the wettest, most dreary Christmas I can recall. Once inside, everything is set up to feel at home. We have a young Labrador and she was so happy in the cottage. Also the views are spectacular, beds were comfortable and everything was a clean as a whistle. Thank you and we’ll definitely be back.
Lovely cottage with everything we needed. Didn’t meet hosts but key access was easy. There’s a car parking space right by cottage, which also made access easy. Friendly neighbours too. All in all, a very pleasant break. Thank you.
what a charming, roomy and exceptional cottage! with lots of space so as a family we were able to be together but also have our own spaces too. The kitchen was superbly equipped, with high quality items. The bedrooms also had good quality bed linen - makes all the difference!
Leaving us biscuits, bread, butter and milk was very thoughtful.
This cottage has been well thought out to create a comfortable and beautiful environment.
I would thoroughly recommend this wonderful cottage and also Dobcross to anyone visiting this area.
