Decorated with exquisite taste throughout including an over-sized bar, leather sofas overlooking a huge window for the outside view, and a bedroom fit for a queen. In a lovely setting by the water with flowers in bloom in a well-manicured garden. The very hospitable owner Simon greeted us and was attentive to our needs. To note: Linen tablecloth and napkins for our over-the-top country breakfast. An elegant, relaxing, and truly memorable experience.

The accommodation was faultless, who builds a sauna into the bedroom, they did and it was superb, hot sauna followed by a cold shower just brilliant. If you wanted a cold dip just jump in beside the pontoons just downstairs.The accommodation looked brand new, very well equipped and the surroundings were just fantastic. Being from the north east corner you do get to appreciate some of Scotland's finest and this has to be up there with some of the best views we have experienced.

A charming place decorated with incredible flair and taste. As for taste, the best Scottish breakfast I've had. Very good location. Cozy, comfortably furnished room with bathroom with a beautiful view of Oban. We were a little sorry that we only came for one night.
Excellent location , I think only 3 miles from Oban , but out in countryside with some lovely walks . Lodges initially look a bit rustic , but once inside are superbly equipped with plenty of power points , USB points, really fast Wi-Fi . Decoration was very nice and quite modern

Just back from a stop over in Oban and the Aspen Lodge Bed and Breakfast where myself and partner stayed was one of the best we have ever had the good fortune to stay. The location was stunning with panoramic views and the quality and attention to details of the facilities, far surpassed many hotels. The owner Carol could not have been more charming, welcoming and attentive to her guests.
Already planning and looking forward to a return visit in October.
Clean,relaxing and peaceful haven in a cozy thatched cottage. Lovely scenery and wildlife to enjoy and wake up to. Well equipt kitchen, comfy kingsized bed and the spa bath was a great touch in the on suite bathroom. Welcome pack and bottle of wine were also a lovely touch. Oban and other places of interest are all within driving distance. Owners left plenty of information about places to visit as well as recommendations on bars and restaurants etc in and around Oban. Would love to go back again.
Lovely helpful staff kept in touch by email before our stay to prepare for our visit. Beautiful holiday cottage in an extremely scenic setting, which felt very homely and was well-equipped. The wood fire was easy to use and atmospheric, and logs/kindling were conveniently provided for a small additional fee. Very family-friendly, with option to borrow a cot, stair gate, etc. The restaurant was relaxed and cosy and served delicious food in an informal way.

As Oban is the seafood capital of Scotland let me put it this way: the flat is a pearl in the shell of an unassuming oyster!
Beautifully modernized, decorated and done to a high Standard. A welcome package was left from the owners too. For colder evenings in Scotland the fireplace created a cosy Cottage feeling.
Down a hill you arrive at the sea and the 10 Minute walk to Oban harbour is easily done. We had a wonderful time here and enjoyed every minute. Luxurious would sum it up.
