Loved exploring the mansion house. Our dinner and cocktails were delicious. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Our only regret not giving ourselves more time to explore the property outside. Since we arrived after sunset and left before sunrise.

Would highly recommend Loudons restaurant for ANY meal, and Costas coffee shop for a quick coffee and bite, both less than a five minute walk.
Cottages are perfect for travelers who enjoy feeling cozy and independent in the countryside. Usually small, traditionally built houses, cottages are spread across one or two floors – making them great for families or vacations with a little more privacy.
Beautiful property, so cosy. The staff are all amazing. Great location and easy access to so much with a car. Very nice restaurant with a great menu. Room service also available.

The cottage is twee however I was expecting that, its charming and in keeping with the period of the property. The garden is indeed beautiful and being in time for the tulips was an extra bonus. Great location for exploring Edinburgh and East Lothian.
