Breakfast was excellent. Very good, friendly service - sufficient attention without being too much. Food splendid and always delivered with a friendly little chat. The offer to pack my croissant to take with me rather than eat at breakfast, was much appreciated too.

very picturesque old Manor house, like hardly altered since hundreds of years. Beautiful garden with sea view. Four poster bed. Mind this is kind of air-bnb, which is not mentioned at booking..com . So You need internet access and have to check Your emails on Your mobile when arriving to be able to get the keys, as the owner is not present.

The cottage is amazingly done to a traditional English style. We absolutely loved the rooms as well as the garden. Amenities in the cottage are newly upgraded. We found everything we needed there and enjoyed a couple of nights with the fireplace lit.
The location of the cottage is also tranquil with easy access to Lynmouth and different walking trails. We saw sheep in the neighbouring farm and had a redstart visited the garden.
Will definitely come and stay again in future.
Location was in a little hamlet set in the beautiful picturesque North Devon countryside. The hosts were really welcoming, friendly and helpful. The cottage itself is very well equipped and the bed very comfortable. The garden is very pretty and the views stunning. We would definitly revisit!

We actually stayed in Fern cottage as there was a problem with the heating in Pebbles so the owners kindly offered us the cottage instead. This review is for Fern cottage. Property was cosy and lovely and warm and well equipped with everything we needed. Great location in Lynton too. Would definitely recommend it.
Wonderful and charming place with very friendly and kind hosts. Gregg and Jacqui created a wonderful place where we felt like home. Very warm welcome, delicious afternoon tea with warm scones, wonderful home made brekafasts, clean room with cute balcony and garden view. We really enjoyed our short 2 nights stay at this cosy and cute place. Thanks a lot!
Lovely cottage in a very beautiful location. The apartment was extremely clean and comfortable. The lovely hosts Paddy and Nancy have thought of everything that could possibly make the place perfect for anyone staying there.
Clean ,warm and cosy cottage newly refurbished with comfortable beds and well equiped kitchen. Pub opposite with nice Thai restaurant. Bridge opposite takes you on to NT forest walks and route to Watersmeet.
