Very quiet at night and great location - you can walk along canal path into city centre in 15 mins or so.
Good parking, good bathrooms, everything worked. Nice breakfast food provided. Good communication from host.

Lay out was very nice , but the mattress in every room was 2/10 they were all springy and horrible also in the morning kids were cold I had to message landlord who stated the house is on a automated system, that is not good so therefore could not put heating on , and when I went inside was told to take my shoes off and not to wear in the house and to wear the sliders provided , that would have been ok if they were new but looked like many over the years have been wearing them

I believe this property to be a con.
After no communication with the property after several attemps we arrived at the property to find it looked up and it looked derelict. Thus left me and my family with no choice but find alternative accommodation. I expect a full refund

Quebecs Hotel in Leeds is a charming boutique hotel housed in a beautifully restored Victorian building. It has elegant decor, very comfortable rooms, and attentive and caring staff. The hotel's location is ideal, being close to the city center and major attractions. The bar onsite is cosy and fairly priced which just adds to the appeal. Quebecs Hotel a great choice for both business and leisure travelers.
Phoned host on my arrival came immediately, warm welcome and the cottage was warm and cosy. Fresh milk and biscuits in the kitchen and TV’s in every room.

Lovely cottage, very quiet and nice area. Clean and tidy, everything you need is available. Even had teabags, shampoo and conditioner, shower gel was lovely. Bed comfortable and nice space outdoors for cozy summer nights. Staff were super friendly, very helpful even when we were a wee bit late running in checking out. Lovely kitchen and communal space.
Warmly welcomed to this lovely cottage in the countryside. We really enjoyed our stay, milk, tea, coffee etc provided for us. Would definitely return. The only drawback to some guests may be that there is only one toilet in the upstairs ensuite bedroom so may be a little inconvenient for those sleeping in the downstairs bedroom. Not a problem for us at all.
The cottage was very cosy. We loved sitting by the fireplace. The beds were very comfortable! The hosts were friendly and accommodating. It was a lovely stay.
