Second time we have stayed at this property. My dad is a wheelchair user and the whole property is designed with a wheelchair user in mind without making it overly obvious. Great location, parking, washing machine and welcome pack. We'll definitely be booking for a 3rd time!

Great location right in central Keswick with access to lake, shops, restaurants etc all on doorstep.
The furnishings and fittings were of a high quality and well laid out. I loved the luxury feel of the bedsheets and the huge soft towels. The Nespresso style coffee machine was great. Some capsules provided but not enough for us coffee lovers. The mountain view from the windows was great.
I would definitely book again.

Right in the heart of town, a minutes walk from Fitz park to let dogs stretch their legs. There's a Spar shop in the opposite street as you leave the property for any emergency groceries. Lots of room, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen with dishwasher, fridge freezer, coffee machine, washing and drying facilities. Lovely living room, kitchen diner space with exceptional views on the top floor. Keswick cottages who manage the property are round the corner, really easy to get hold of and very helpful.

We had a really nice stay at the Acorn House. It was charming, the staff was lovely and made sure our needs were met. Check-in was smooth and the room was cosy. We enjoyed a nice traditional British breakfast every morning, where we could select from a menu of 10 different dishes. The staff made sure we had soy milk at our disposal every morning since we don't drink cow's milk. Thanks Chris for a lovely time!

Very charming 3 bedroom cottage - the owners did a great job restoring and decorating the old cottage and make it welcoming and cozy! It had all the amenities one can think of and then some. We wish we could have stayed a little longer!
Fabulous location
We stayed in the self catering lodge opposite to the hotel.
The accommodation was warm cosy and quiet.
The food in the hotel was delicious
Free parking.
One of the key differences between good and top-notch cottage is in attention to detail. This one will surely fit the bill for any demanding person (as I am). It's a stylish cottage close to the center and handy for all amenities. There are a fitted kitchen with all mod cons, two bedrooms with wall mounted flat screen TV and built-in wardrobe, a bathroom with a shower and a tub, a modern living room and a little garden in the rear. This idyllic cottage couldn't be more charming!
The cottage is beautiful located next to the river and a 15 minute walk from the town centre. The cottage is very cosy and charming. A lovely home from home. We defenitely want to come back.
