This place is really nice! Great view with comfortable porch and great hot tub. Comfortable bed with lots of pillows. Good water pressure and hot water. Every little detail and extras in the house. Good WiFi. Was on the high side for cost but was really worth it. Had the BBQ for 2 people which was a great value but no way the 2 of us could eat it all recommended ordering one serving unless you can eat a lot of food. Not sure how you could miss it almost trip over the sign while walking the GGW. Yes it is up a gravel hill but if you are hiking the GGW it’s no big deal. It’s about a 13 mile hike from Ft Williams

This cabin and the surrounding, remote mountain location is breathtaking. Such an incredible play to get to experience. We will definitely plan to stay much longer next time….we didn’t want to leave! With the town just 10 minutes away, it is super handy.

The lock box was fab for getting keys, easy and no hassle atall. The location is absolutely stunning, the cottage itself is cosy, comfortable and really lovely. It feels warm and welcoming. The booklet with info in was really helpful, and I really liked the little touches like little notes and milk and biscuits left for us. Really appreciated everything
Charming little bungalow, very cozy, has everything you need, including a garden! Check in was super simple, everything was great. The decor is charming and cozy, the house just gives off very comfy vibes. Very quiet neighbourhood, lovely view of the landscape.

Birch Lodge is a little gem hidden away a few miles outside Fort William. From the lounge you are looking at Ben Nevis, with the Caledonian Canal at the bottom of the property. It is so peaceful & quiet there, no street lights so if you like looking at the heavens you will be in heaven as no light pollution. The cabin is very well equipped with everything you need for a stress free self catering break. Heating works well and makes the cabin really cosy. We loved our weeks break & would love to return.
If the review was for the location alone it would be 10/10. The views were idyllic and the access to the private beach was superb. The staff at Ardrhu house were friendly. The evening food was good on both nights, and the chef was happy to accommodate vegetarian options. There were a couple of comfortable communal areas where we could spend our time, and there was access to a hot tub, sauna and steam room if we wanted in the evening. The extra facilities at Ardrhu House are great and we can see why this receives so many positive reviews.
Views were outstanding, just perfect wee place for a cosy couple to spend quality time with quiet and countryside vibes! Plenty places to walk, also taxi service from fort William was really good at night, perfect for us! Hot tub was great, place was clean, easy enough for cooking and great for just chilling and enjoying time in the countryside!

Near where we have stayed before but this was excellent. Warm and cosy as it’s turning abit chilly overnight now. The cottage had everything we needed
