Pretty little cottage. Two rooms downstairs and three bedrooms upstairs. Nicely done kitchen but tiny. Pretty sitting room. Good bathroom and cosy bedrooms. Helpful host.
The cottage was small but perfectly formed and with everything we needed. We are a family of 4 (including a baby) and we found the cottage to be cosy and comfortable. The cottage has a really comfy bed and is equipped with everything we needed. An easy drive/ bus ride to the beach or town (would take about 25 mins to walk) and communications with the host were quick and very friendly - we’ll be back next time we’re in town
Exactly as described and shown in the pics: a lovely cottage, tastefully presented, cosy, warm, and quiet even though so close to central Exmouth. Comfortable bed too.
Lovely cottage, dog friendly, good location and clean. Close to shops, pubs, restaurants (5 mins) and not too far from lovely beach and Marina (10 mins). The beds were clean and comfortable with lovely, fresh smelling linen. Patio was great to have as an outside seating area.

the rooms were large, comfy and spotlessly clean. the food was excellent and all the staff were friendly and helpful. There are two pools, one inside one outside, and a very well equipped gym with sauna and steam room. There is also a snooker room. Outside the grounds are lovely with a putting green, croquet lawn, a charming rose garden and even a goldfish pond tucked away. All in all a great place to stay.
The location was perfect- an easy walk to the town and the Exe estuary. cottage was cosy and had everything we needed. The welcome pack was much appreciated.
Really clean, cosy cottage with everything we needed for a comfortable three night stay. Plenty of space for all of us and the Christmas decorations were a nice added touch!
