We enjoyed the seclusion of this property. The chalet was perfect and clean with extras such as fresh hens eggs, homemade jam, homemade pastries, milk, coffee, and tea. Karen provides a surprise for those who stay for at least four nights! Karen and John encouraged us to get out and about on their property including interacting with the days old lamb, petting the pigs, and collecting hens eggs. My husband, nicknamed Anchor Man by Karen, took him with her on the quad to check on the sheep before sunset. It was lambing season and the ewes and lambs were checked on throughout the day. They took us on a tour of their property and up to the top of the hill for awesome views. Karen and John were always available to answer questions about their work and about the area. Our four days there went too quickly! We plan to return!

It was towards the end of our trip and had a washer. No dryer but a drying rack was provided. We decided we were too tired to just stay one night and we were able to stay an additional night. The view down by the lighthouse was absolutely stunning! We do not recommend the gift shop next door, way over priced.

The property is gorgeous and quiet. The room in specific overlooked the ocean which was amazing at sunrise abd sunset. We had all of the comforts of a hotel and more since it had a full kitchen abd living room. We loved that they had tea stocked in the room which saved us from going out for it. It was in a perfect location to go to any of the many hiking locations on skye.

This is a wonderful cottage in a quiet neighborhood. It's a little off the beaten path, but not secluded or hard to find. We really wish we could have stayed longer.

Everything was perfectly clean and all the equipment provided (towel, kitchen facilities, even flip flops or hair dryer…)
The views were stunning and the cabin was very cosy.
Great pre arrival communication from the host, with directions ( dont follow google but if you do its only 1 minute away from actual place) We were greeted with a warm cosy bothy everything was beautifully set out. Super infopack that told us all we needed to know. The host dropped by and chatted giving some great local knowledge. We used the hot tub (it was fab don't miss out on it) super quiet relaxed stay would heartily recommend
The cabins were super cozy. The facilities were clean and had everything you could need. The shower was awesome. It was a lot hotter than I was expecting, which I loved.
We were in resonable driving distance to so many tourist sites, Neist Point, Old Man of Storr, The Fairy Pools, beaches, shops, etc.
The owners have clearly put a lot of work into making their guests comfortable and have seemingly thought of everything. The cabin is adorable, comfortable, and cozy. The shared spaces were clean and had everything you might need. Lastly, the location was fantastic as it was close to Dunvegan for meals and the castle, and only 22-minute drive from Portree.
Most beautiful spot if you are seeking to get away into the nature for some piece and quietness. We stayed for a long weekend in May and couldn't recommend it more- the views onto the sea are stunning with amazing sunsets. We were lucky with the weather and were able to spend a lot of time on the terracce. The cabin is very cosy and beautifully decorated and has everything you need and many thoughtful derails.
Beautifully renovated cottage! Great kitchen and bathrooms, cosy living room and nice big bedrooms. Heating worked well. Glorious views and incredibly peaceful, nice garden area. Would definitely stay here again if we ever visited Skye again.

All the rooms were beautifully appointed, with the kitchen having everything you could possibly need during an extended stay.
The fireplace made the cottage so cozy, and we really enjoyed sitting in and watching the wild weather outside.

Very friendly hosts, cosy room with the most comfortable bed and a great sunset view over just another idyllic Loch (or Firth...), tasty homemade breakfast, great starting point for any Skye adventure!
