The room was clean and we were happy with the lady that worked in reception, we had a problem with the hot tub.
Log cabin B11, all facilities inside the cabin were great, however we booked this weekend planning on using the hot tub the majority of the time and unfortunatley had problems with it. Their was no management on site and we couldn't use the hot tub which was very disappointing.
It is perfect place for the city break; around the nature, close to the green path; the house is so comfortable; an amazing jacuzzi; with the magical fireplace; so cozy; perfect for the couples; or individuals; very well equipped kitchen, and beautiful garden; so quiet; as well.
This log cabin is a gem! It’s incredibly cozy and the attention to detail is superb. Personal touches throughout made the stay memorable. Appreciated the snacks available in the kitchenette and the luxurious selection of toiletries. Would definitely return!
Where do I start?! Everything about this place is beautiful, the small touches to the welcoming of the host. I'd would love to stay longer, if I had the chance. The bed was super comfortable and everything was just cosy and romantic. Felt like a hidden gem, was better than my expectations! Highly recommend.
Sylvana and Alex have created a marvellous environment in the cottage. English countryside farmhouse charm mixed with Italian style. A delightful place to stay, very well equipped and thought out. Sylvana was also very helpful when I altered our booking. Highly recommended, we shall stay there again whenever we’re near Coventry or Birmingham.
The Cottage is lovingly restored, with exposed beams from 1600, it is very clean, beds are comfortable, shower is powerful, has full kitchen facilities. I loved the old detail, fireplace and floors. The location is superb, right next to Cathedral, shops and restaurants. The checking and checkout is very simple. The staff were very helpful. I forgot my charger in there and it was sent to me by post next day. We will come and stay again.
Such a unique property that has been restored and renovated to a high standard. The cottage is very cosy and has everything you could need. Everything about it is exceptional. You can't beat it for its location and although you are right in the centre, it is very quiet. You can hear the church bells chime from 8am, though I just love that!
