Just a short walk to the Main Street however very peaceful and stunning scenery at the Riverside, ducks and birds in garden, made us smile.

The cottage is absolutely beautiful, tranquil location and relaxing atmosphere from the moment we went in. In 40+ years of booking and visiting self catering accommodation this was the first time we could have arrived with just clothes and food, Lorraine has thought of everything.
Charming, characterful terraced cottage with a delightful outlook onto the garden and onto the mountain in the distance. Very large comfortable bed and well equipped kitchen. Peaceful location with lots of hiking routes nearby.
The extra touches as we stayed for Christmas, decorations, chocolates and prosecco, also fresh flowers. Cottage was exceptionally clean, cosy and tastefully furnished.
Cottage is very cosy, heating and hot water worked perfectly, the best equipped kitchen I have seen in a long time, very clean. Decor is not quite my taste, but it fits with the cottage. Easy access to village and hiking paths. Outdoor seating.
Nice and cosy! We loved the historic setting and the countryside style of the building itself and the garden. The room was comfy and well equiped.
Everything is perfectly maintained and Francesca is a lovely host. She took care of all our needs while staying in Callander. We definetely come back again!
