Cottages are perfect for travellers who enjoy feeling cosy and independent in the countryside. Usually small, traditionally built houses, cottages spread across one or two floors, making them great for families, or holidays with a little more privacy.
Location was perfect and allowed great beach and walking holidays on Mull, the house is small, but very comfy and has everything one needs. One bedroom has the perfect window seating for sunset and reading. Even with the bothy rented out in same time, we didn't hear a thing from our neighbour - so it is nice and quite. There is a shop and pub close by - so easy to cater for yourself. There were some information on local attractions and walking maps for the area.
Beautiful location, very traditional decor, very helpful owner. We loved staying at the Bothy and explored Iona and visited Staffa. Wonderful wildlife on your doorstep and wonderful views of the bay. Very quiet too which added to a good nights sleep.
