Lovely clean property and dog friendly. Kelly was extremely friendly and helpful in her correspondence. We were able to check in early and Kelly emailed as soon as property was ready and also kindly offered a later check out. On first impression house smelt clean and we were greeted with a table full of goodies as part of their welcome pack. Bread, eggs, milk and chocolates etc. The bedrooms were clean and decorated tastefully. There was a small astro area to rear of property that was ideal for letting pups out. Bathroom was fitted with good shower and clean towels.

Cottages are perfect for travellers who enjoy feeling cosy and independent in the countryside. Usually small, traditionally built houses, cottages spread across one or two floors, making them great for families, or holidays with a little more privacy.
We had a lovely stay at the village. I haven’t stayed in quite a few years, I think it may have been refurbished since last time. The beds were super comfortable and the room was really nice, very modern. A comfy and cosy stay. Staff were lovely. Will definitely be coming back.
Staff were so so friendly excellent service n the cleaner was very top cleaning our room 1001% very friendly lovely staff the room was fantastic n the beds were very cosy n comfortable fantastic location bus ride to Chester zoo,bus ride to Liverpool n bus ride Cheshire oaks n it only costs £2 on the bus.The food was cooked fresh at the pub n the breakfast was very tasty n cooked fresh for us everyday we will be back next year in May definitely recommend staying here very good value for money 💰
Hayley was amazing, good staff, very efficient and friendly. It was cosy and fairly comfortable. Convenient place to stop off the main road but still quiet even on a Saturday night.
Very comfortable, spacious room, which suited the purpose of our trip perfectly. (It was for our 30th wedding anniversary) We were going to go out for our meal in the evening, but after going for a drink, we liked the menu so much we decided to stay and eat at the hotel instead! We enjoyed making use of the hot tub, sauna and steam room during our stay.
