The property owner was really lovely and understanding of our situation. Very friendly, professional and helpful. Lovely little cottage, decorated beautifully. The tea, coffee, sugar and washing powder were a very nice touch.

Such a perfect stay! Great for a couple - the room had everything we could want and more. The bed was super comfy and cosy and the facilities were fantastic! Lovely quiet location with pretty garden. Great stay - thank you Michael and Dianne!
I booked into the hotel alone initially to spend time by myself to recoup after Christmas. I went swimming and enjoyed the sauna, as well as reading by the pool. The atmosphere was amazing, if I didn’t know any better I could have been on holiday! My partner joined later and we had a beautiful meal in the lounge. 10/10 would recommend to anyone that wants a bit of escapism on their door step.

Nice location between Leeds, Manchester, Bradford and Huddersfield.. It has a gym, sauna and pool great for the kids. The staff were really nice and welcoming and the breakfast team was just as nice. The room was decent and for a family of four we got two double beds and a single bed ideal for teenager.
