The whole house is beautiful but the kitchen, master bedroom and hot tub were especially good. Very clean, great facilities with lots of space for our group of 7 and a baby. Great location and good value for money.

Me and my husband stayed here for our 1st year wedding anniversary and it was just perfect we enjoyed our stay. it was very nice inside clean, bed was so comfy and bathroom was amazing loved shower and hot tub with tv outside was the best. Location is perfect not far from bowness village. I would recommend this place to all my family and friends.

The house is so cosy. Beautifully presented and very welcoming
We stayed in one of the new outside cabins with hot tub. This is the 5th stay over the years and not much has changed other than some new accommodation blocks. The new cabins are lovely, over looking farm fields and we saw lots of wildlife including a barn owl.
The food is excellent and well priced. Really good choice and seasonal ingredients.
Don't expect a plush 4* hotel. Damson Dene is not so refined but an excellent base in the Lake District far enough away from the hustle and bustle.
Lovely and spacious, hot tub area was amazing and only a short walk to bars and restaurants. Beautiful cottage vibes, would definitely return here. It has everything you need!
The location was just a 10 min drive from Bowness, in beautiful countryside. The view of the garden from the restaurant, as we ate a delicious, well cooked breakfast, was a delight. We stayed in a cabin and had the pleasure of the hot tub in the early evening after a day of exploring.
After staying in this beautiful cottage, me and my partner have now stayed in all aria cottages and loved every single one of them, all clean and made to feel like home🥰
Hot tub was lovely and the TV is a great idea, cosy interior and a great location. 5 mins to local shops, takeaways and much more!

Lovely cottage with all you would need for a stay.in the Lakes.Beds and pillows so cosy and there was lots of storage in well equipped bedroom.We lit the log burner at night as it was col due to autumnal weather setting in.
