We live about 20 seconds away and just needed somewhere for SiL to crash after my daughters 21st birthday party. House was perfect for us. Comfortable and convenient location. We live near the main station so anyone traveling by public transport would find it easy to get to.

Everything was marvellous. They have thought of everything when it comes to creature comforts. Refreshments++. The place was exceptionally clean and cosy with everything you could require. Judith and Harry very welcoming and helpful with instructions. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Our room was cosy rather than spacious, but it was perfectly adequate for our needs. We could see the Liverpool skyline from our window. The mattress on the bed was amazing, and the shower was very good.
The cooked breakfast was very nice.
We had the best time staying here…the hosts went over and above with hospitality ..a great selection for breakfast with good quality produce. The suite was spotless..warm & comfortable having ample space and a very cosy feel. Bruce was a joy we really felt at home here. We will definitely be coming back..
