On arriving the property’s layout looked nice and luxurious, it also smelt fresh and it looked clean. We loved the fact the tv was a smart tv and the WiFi was strong which is just great. The fireplace was lovely and the static caravan was so cosy and warm, great for the chilli nights. In the kitchen there were complimentary snacks left for us and there was also two points of milk left in the fridge which we very much appreciated and we thought it was a nice touch.

Lovely location, we were ten mins away from Gretna green. Both Lynn and her husband were friendly and helpful. Lynn even offered to iron my husband's shirt as we forgot to do it before we arrived and he needed it for a friend's wedding.
Cottage has everything you need. Really quiet and peaceful location. Shower is good and kitchen is well equipped. Garden is enclosed so you could have food outside at the bench if you wanted to.
Breakfast was nice Rooms clean but did not get tidied and condiments refilled. It was a good base for us as we were at a wedding. But would not have been a great location for a romantic get away.
Loved the location of the lodge right on the side of the lake, lodge was beautifully decorated & furnished. Very comfortable & cosy at night time. The hot tub was a great addition, we loved it. Would definitely recommend this lodge. We were also kept informed with all information regarding our stay from 'Pass the keys'
We absolutely loved the cottage from the cleanliness to the facilities and to the extra-touches. The hosts were so welcoming, helpful and accommodating. We could not have asked for anything more, simply perfect. We cant wait to get back to see the deer and watch the sunset in the hot tub!
