Very spacious and clean. Great location. The owner left milk, tea/coffee and cake for us, which was a nice touch. There were also board games and chess and good WiFi.

What a lovely little place! The rooms are cosy and clean, lovely towels to use and set of shampoo. The place can sleep 6 so huge value for money! The host met us at the door and kept the wood burner on so it was lovely and warm for us when we arrived. Tea, coffee and bread and butter and jam provided. 1000% recommend !

4 decent rooms, 2 bathrooms. All worked OK. Liked the proximity to walks, river, pubs, cafes, restauranmts of Matlock Bath. Also excellent bus and train links to nearby towns.

Fabulous 2 nights at Riddings Wood lodges. The lodge was cosy and clean. The hot tub was fantastic, clean and ready when we arrived. The most relaxed break we have had. Excellent value for money.
A modern pub with stylish interior, helpful staff. The room was very clean and spacious and the bed was comfortable. It was quiet even though the pub was full and a quiz night was going on in one of the bars. The restaurant was good with a stylish basement area that had "cabins" for privacy and a cosy feeling.
5 minutes away from our home and was a lovely get away. Wouldn’t of know we was only around the corner from where we live. Cabin was clean and comfortable and hot tub was a lovely touch to our stay.definitely will be back
Beautiful peaceful location. Cute pine lodge that smelt like fresh pine and an amazing hot tub hidden away for privacy situated at the side of the lodge complete with different colour light functions and different whirl strengths. Cosy sleeping space. Lodge felt very spacious for its size.
I really liked how private the lodge was and the hot tub was great. Perfect for a little hot tub break for 1 night. Lodge had everything we needed and even a combi oven which was a great plus for self catering!
