Everything was great couldn’t fault the staff however, there was no booklet or instructions on how to use anything. If you’re travelling from overseas to a different system you like to read a welcoming pack and a guide on how to use the utilities. There was a spa but no instructions. We did have to ask the maintenance man for help with tv he was very patient and very obliging with help, as was reception. The only comment would be to have a welcome pack with instructions to know to use everything would be helpful I think otherwise excellent place to stay

The fairytale cottage was a dream come true! It had everythingI we needed and more, from a cozy fireplace to a modern kitchen. The host Annie was amazing, she had gone to great lenghts with Chrismas Decorations throughout the home and lots of Xmas gooodies too....so generous, and also great advice on what to do and see. The location is beautiful with deer and pheasants on view from the front window and all kinds of birds in the garden..... doggy TV for our Blue Weim !
The cottage is in a beautiful setting with lovely views. Glencroft is a lovely cottage which is very tastefully furnished, cosy and homely. We received a welcome hamper and card from Annie the host who was really helpful in responding to questions before we got there as well as making excellent recommendations of places to visit.
The lodge was brilliant and spacious, warm and comfortable. Enjoyed the hot tub and sauna 😀.
Highly recommend to others to use and we'll probably be down again for a visit in the future I'd say. Many thanks 👍
Lovely little cottage had everything we needed for our little break. We actually enjoyed it that much that we're thinking of booking again for a week in September, I think next time we'd opt for one of the lodges with a hot tub.
Cottage we booked was really cosy,great heating system on a winter break in Scotland this is very important.
Excellent facilities,swimming pool, sauna,jacuzzi,and steam room,guest given complimentary towels is a well considered bonus .
All staff in site were very friendly and courteous,simple things make guests happy.
Location is excellent. Resort grounds are lovely and short walk to village. Cottages were cosy, comfortable and had everything we needed for a self catering stay. Swimming pool was nice.
The property was well equipped and spacious, had comfy beds. The fireplace had plenty of log’s and kept the place warm and cosy. The whole cabin was very clean and the location was peaceful. Friendly staff and pets are welcome which is a great perk.
