The Apartment was in a great location and is modern, clean and spacious. It was very easy to check in as the host met us at the address. Parking nearby was also easy and quite cheap.
The location is a short walk from the lake and Canals.

Good location close to the centre of Duingt. Very good local bakery nearby. Enjoyed watching the cyclists on the cycle path in the morning from the balcony.

the location was superb. Quiet yet not far from amenities.Close to scenic spots. Breakfast could do with few more hot options. WE were looked after by Elodie a most charming warm person, always ready to help us with suggestions and a ready smile.
Very clean and fully-equipped little cottage. The location is close enough to Annecy. You can see the mountains from the room. The hosts were very friendly, too.
Location is incredible, a few minutes stroll from the lake. Hotel is charming and full of character. Pool is huge, plenty of sun loungers and shady spots for lunch or time out the sun, bowls and table tennis to keep the family entertained too. Will definitely be staying here again in the future
Lovely chalet style building but updated in a very sympathetic way. Good facilities - garden, pool, jacuzzi, steam room, sauna. Parking outside the hotel. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Lovely balcony with great views of Lake Annecy. There is no dining facility but you can order a great charcuterie and cheese platter with wine to eat on the terrace, in the lounge or on your own balcony
The owner was incredibly informative and kind. Moreover, the apartment itself exceeded all our expectations. It was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the amenities we needed. The cozy ambiance instantly made us feel at home, and the attention to detail in the decor was impressive. We look forward to returning in the future.
