It's not in the most famous part of France and we arrived at the end of the Toissant holidays so a few things were closed. If you want gorgeous countryside, friendly people and excellent food, this is a good area. If you are looking for hopping nightlife and lots of tourist attractions, you may be disappointed. This is off the beaten path and that's why we love it.
The gite was very comfortable and if we needed anything Geraldine was right there. The setting is pure magic.

Nice location and a charming old building with an amiable host. Ensure your are up for a good walk through many corridors and several flights of wonky (characterful) stairs to your room! Nice swimming pool and lovely view over the grounds.
