We had an amazing week at Lena’s villa! The setup was perfect for our group of three families, offering plenty of space and comfort for everyone. We stayed over Christmas, and the house provided everything we needed to make it a memorable holiday.
The villa is located in the mountains, which adds to its charm but also means you’ll need a car to get there. That said, Uber is a great alternative and worked seamlessly for trips to Nice town center, costing around €20 for four people—a very reasonable price.
The house itself has a unique charm. While it is a bit old and some of the furniture is dated, it feels more like staying at a friend’s warm, welcoming home than at a boutique hotel. This gave it a lovely, personal touch. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, making cooking and baking a breeze, which we really appreciated. The rooms were comfortable, and the views from the villa were absolutely breathtaking. There were plenty of cozy spots to relax and take in the scenery.
One of the highlights was the electric BBQ—it worked perfectly and made our outdoor meals so enjoyable. The sitting areas, both indoors and outdoors, were very comfortable and inviting.
Lastly, Lena’s responsiveness was exceptional. She quickly answered all of our questions, which made our stay stress-free and enjoyable.
Overall, this villa was a fantastic choice for our holiday. The price-to-benefit ratio was spot on, and we left with wonderful memories. Highly recommended!

The Hotel building is new with nice design and decoration. Our duplex room has 2 toilets on 2 floors, which is a good surprise. The location is good as we can walk to the beach and to the old town of Nice. Breakfast was simple with all the basic dishes but of good quality.
The stairs and beautiful, so is the living room with romantic balcony and fireplace.

The hosts were very nice and helpful. The apartment is really nice and cosy and it has a charming view to a small valley and the sea. The promenade is in 10 minutes, the supermarket is in 5 min drive with a car. There is a personal parking slot in the basement. The kitchen has all necessary equipment.

Breakfast is good. There are Nespresso machine and tea/coffee set on the table in the room. Large and comfy bed. Cosy town view from the balcony. Staffs were friendly and service minded. Several battery charger beside bed. (Both side) Strong shower.
Room and shower cabin were very small but otherwise perfect. Very reasonable.
Walking distance from the airport and the tram. Friendly staff. They have a restaurant and a lounge room with the coffee. Rooms are very cozy and modern looking. They also have a tiny gym and even a sauna (you need to request it ahead of time).
Everything were as it was described. Good location. Two guys at receptipn were super friendly! The common area was cute, they even had fireplace showing in tv(makes it more cozy). On a rainy day it was nice to get free hot chocolate from the machine.
Staff were very friendly and welcoming. I was explained where is sauna, hot tub and other amenities.
Location is very close to old town- about 30 min walk. Area is safe. Really good fresh breakfast in the morning.
Hot tub is was open when we went (end of November 2023) and it was just magical. There is a bar as well on the rooftop, and we enjoyed our drinks whilst sitting in the hot tub and looking over Nice.
