We used this as a base for skiing at La Clucas. Nicole was a fantastic host and made us feel very welcome. The facilities were perfect and great for self-catering, very well equipped and the apartment was spotless. Our teenage daugther slept on the sofabed which was great and comfortable, could have easily accommodated a couple.

The Apartment was in a great location and is modern, clean and spacious. It was very easy to check in as the host met us at the address. Parking nearby was also easy and quite cheap.
The location is a short walk from the lake and Canals.

Exceptional property. Brand new, clean, spacious, close to everything. Communication was impeccable and amazing food bags of fresh bread, croissants, fruit juice, ham and cheese delivered to your door each morning. Beds very comfortable

The place was clean, cozy and had everything we need, including the barbeque and all the necessary cooking- and dinnerware. Shops, lake and castle are in a walking distance
The location is stunning, at the heart of lake Annecy. The hotel has a private beach and very good spa facilities which makes it a perfect place to relax and enjoy the surroundings. Also, from there you can get access to very nice hiking trails, make a tour around the lake by bycicle or go for walks through the cozy villages nearby. The restaurant and bar are also very good.

We had a very nice view of the lake between clouds and snow. It was gorgeous and spectacular. We like the decoration and the colours that were picked to make it warm. The deep blue for example is absolutely charming and welcoming.
