Stunning and very rear gem of a home for those who truly appreciate historic and artistic interiors. Exceptionally tastefully decorated 18th century convent-turned-apartment is full of beautiful light, character , antique furniture and artistic touches. We loved the secluded garden that is part of the property, we adored the kitchen and the dining room. We cooked our breakfasts and enjoyed slow mornings here in a truly magical settings. The beds are very comfortable and our sleep was deep and peaceful since it was very quiet at night. Every detail is thought of.
We also loved the spacious wardrobe room equipped with washer and drier. Both bedrooms have large en-suit bathrooms with walk in showers.
The hosts Bruno and his wife were very accessible and helpful and gave us tons of tips on dining and sightseeing. We absolutely loved the place and dreaming of staying here again one day.

Excellent location with Easy parking on the street. The apartment is brand new. Having a split unit AC is a big bonus because of the warm weather in summer. The unit is fully equipped with everything you need for short or long stay. I will definitely stay here for a LONG term stay if I need to be in Avignon again.
We didn't meet the hosts in person but we had great communication on our questions via Whatsapp and Booking.com

Located in the historic center in a beautiful historic building. A very charming hotel with a small and very cozy room. The staff is friendly, and there is an inner courtyard for breakfast, although we didn't use it, so I can't evaluate it.
The room was well cleaned and had stylish wallpaper.
Unfortunately, I forgot to take good photos of the room. The window offered a lovely view of the quaint inner courtyard.

The location is unbeatable, and the room is very charming and cosy. Beatufully decorated and a very "Frenchy" vibe. It's nice to stay in a place which match the style of the surroundings you're visiting. And the breakfast, is diverse and delicious!
Everything about this place is like a dream come true. It has a delightful French Cottage country feel. It’s warm, cosy and I can’t speak highly enough about it. The kitchen is superb, easy to cook in and a very comfortable kitchen table to eat at.. Great shower and a nice deep bath if you like baths. It’s known by the locals as the most picturesque road in Avignon. Good restaurants, bars, shops. Wonderful art/galleries which show the owners work or up and coming artists.
A charming hotel in the old quarter. Sweet rooms and a beautiful walled garden and pool with seating areas for breakfast and relaxing through the day. Perfect location for local squares and terraced restaurants. Above all, welcoming hosts and charming staff.
I liked everything. The flat has a perfect location, in the same street as "Les Halles". The flat is well equipped, newly refurbished in an old charming house in Avignon. The design of the flat is cozy. The handling with the keys was very easy. If coming back to Avignon, I definetely would choose this flat again. For whom arrives with the car (our case) you can easily and very close park in parking "Les Halles".
The beautiful hotel is in the historic section of Avignon. Although we had to climb many stairs to get to our room, we had expected that. The room was cozy and the view from our window was fantastic. Our host was charming and knowledgable about the town and restaurants.

Just a few minutes from the city yet right in the countryside on Avignon's largest island, it's an oasis of peace only 5 minutes from the center. Highly recommended.
The location could not have been better, just 3 mins to the centre on foot. This is a cozy B&B which has been lovingly restored by the current owners. Breakfast was lovely with a great ambiance. The owners really went the extra mile to make our stay fabulous. The courtyard garden was a quite haven to sit in the evenings with a glass of wine.
Absolutely amazing flat which had everything we needed (stove, fridge, washing machine) with a central location. Cozy and charming flat which will make you fall in love with France.
It is not just about the amazing good quality food, the marvellous wine, the embracing countryside surrounding the charming, cozy and sophisticated cottage (bastide); what we experienced was a deep journey into the magic of Provence.
Brian is a superb host and hard worker with great taste, who pays attention to every single details of your stay and spoils and cuddles you with his extremely good manners. He sincerely cares about his guests.
And that is all that makes our stay in the Bastide de Bellagarde just splendid.
