Perfect location for Annecy. You are right in the main area for restaurants and to see the city. The Friday and Sunday am farmers' markets are right there and worth the time for getting food and some other items.
The rooms were spacious and confortable.
There was a washer and dryer in the unit which allowed us to pack less.
They even had some electrical adapters in the unit for devices that did not require a power converter.
Annecy is perfect location from which to see the region by car, just beautiful and interesting. Could spend a week at this location with car rental.
There was free parking space for our car rental. They make sure to contact in advance and meet up upon arrival.

The apartment was perfect for our family of six. It was very spacious with modern conveniences, including a well-stocked kitchen. The location was just right to access the old village in the lake. The concierge was very accommodating and friendly for any needs that we had.

The location was fantastic. The unit was very clean, comfortable and easily accessible. Marie, who met us upon arrival, was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast included was plentiful, more than enough for two people.

Receptionist André is the best, and make us feel like we are speaking with a good friend. Breakfast area was really stunning. The bed and the materials of linens and towels are really good quality, so cozy to stay in.

There is a breakfast at the hotel that we didn't get the chance to try, and also a free sauna from 9:00 until 21:00.
A very comfortable and stylish double room with fantastic views. A very spacious single room, similarly appointed. Excellent bathrooms, Rituals toiletries, very comfortable beds. The bar/breakfast room isn't cosy. We didn't opt for breakfast but the staff were charming in the bar/reception. And the wine was both good and good value. The real joy of this hotel is it's amazing location, right in the heart of the town by the canal. Would definitely return.
Charming and personable hotel in a great location at the base of the chateau. We had a family room on the 2nd floor that had excellent double (or triple?) glazed windows so it was calm and we slept very well in comfortable beds. It would probably be too hot in the summer but in the winter it was a perfect and cozy. Nicely renovated bathroom. We did not take the hotel breakfast.
The host was Delightful and easy to work with. The location of the apartment is right in the heart of the old town and very charming. The interior was very modern and well appointed! I loved the unique addition of the sauna.
