We visited on February and the location and view was just amazing! There was wood provided for the fireplace and the kitchen was really well supplied. Also extra equipment like sledges, snow shoes and bikes were found on storage.

The Villa was perfect for our family trip. It was in a nice quiet location approximately 3kms from Saariselka. I would highly recommend this location, if you plan on using car hire. Instructions were clear for using heating system, WiFi and sauna. It was very clean. Will definitely be coming back again for a return visit if the accommodation is available. Great value for money.

Excellent location and real Finnish cabin experience. There are hotels at Saariselkä but if you want authenticy then this is your choise. Manager was nice to pop up briefly after check in to see if we had everything. Cabin has great fireplace & sauna which was little bit thight thought. Good beds and kitchen equipment.
The maisonette is very cosy and smartly arranged. The sauna is a terrific addition but what makes the place golden is the fireplace and firewood provided by the host. There was a perfect spot outside to take pictures of the northern lights. Conveniently close to Saariselka for groceries. We were sad to leave. :)
The Breakfast and dinner spread were outstanding! The hall where the food is laid is very nice with lots of sofas around the fireplace, books, games etc. The Aurora cabins are fantastic! Private Sauna and bathroom were lovely. The space was large, beds were comfortable , heating was good and there was a thermostat. Excellent coffee!
Everything here was just perfection. It was so a super cute & cozy cabin that was so well furnished & equipped. We loved the indoor fire & the sauna. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. The beds were super comfortable too. Great location too. Would 100% stay here again if we come back to Saariselka.
Cottage was in a calm and safe location.
Even though it was advertised as a one bedroom apartment, you have a bunk bed in a 2nd room that was useful.
Heating was excellent in the apartment and the Sauna as well.
Drying cabinet and the sleds were quite useful.
Communication with the Owner Meeri and Maintenance guy, Marko was excellent. Meeri's handbook was useful too.
Very well equipped, very thought over, very nicely prepared, good instructions, good location, very cute looking cabin, very good sauna. Logs prepared amazingly for fireplace. Kitchen, sauna, living room cleaned beautifully. Clean fridge and dishes.
We liked the location, the friendliness of the staffl, cosyness with the fireplace at the appartment and the little detail added - like the candless to lit by the fireplace, a pine scent and the fire wood for the fireplace. The appartament was clean, small but comfortable, It was great to have a sauna and sheets to sit on while in the sauna provided. It was very quiet and very beautiful around, yet 2 mins drive from the supermaket. There was also a very helpful neigbour who guided me how to charge the hybrid car.
The apartment was very cozy and romantic with its beautiful view from the sofa and it’s fireplace! We just loved it. The sauna worked well but you have to get the hang of it a little bit. The location is like 6 mins from the city by car but that’s what we liked about it! The owner sent us instruction videos on how things work which was really nice. The kitchen was very well equipped.

The perfect location to disconnect, in the middle of the snowy forest, next to a frozen river in the middle of nowhere. The activities organized by the hotel are highly recommended. Very nice staff.
