I enjoyed my 6 night stay here for a number of reasons. The hosts Birgitta and Harry are very friendly and we had good conversations. Birgitta prepared breakfast for me, even though it was not offered with my reservation. She also washed and dried my clothes! They lent me a bicycle without charge for the entire time I was there, and that made my stay in Åland much more special. I enjoyed several mornings on the terrace of the large communal lounge/dining/kitchen area which faces the sea. It is very peaceful and I loved the birds on the water stirring and cackling in the morning. I would highly recommend here for a relaxing and scenic stay, about 12 kilometers outside of Mariehamn.

Cabin is well equipped and filled our expectations well. Big enough for four adults plus baby. Location is very nice and quiet. Deer was walking around the house in late evening and early morning which underlines the peaceful location. Partly sea view also. Guests can use a rowing boat as well. Host Pia was very friendly and nice.

I had a really lovely self catering twin cabin (number 12) with a veranda. Site location is perfect to explore the Åland Islands whilst also being a 5 minute bike ride from Mariehamn town. Nice to have the outdoor pool and places to sit and enjoy the view.
Cozy stay in a little cottage, just like in the pictures and descriptions. Common pool and beach were nice additions to have. Location comfortably 20min walk from city, or 5 min by car.
We enjoyed greatly our 4 nights stay in this cosy cottage.

Strandberg's cottages are nicely located directly by the sea. Newly renovated pleasant cottages with access to a sauna. Nice garden and plenty of places to have dinner outside.
This accomodation has the most charming and welcoming athmosphere! The apartment is suprisingly spacious, well designed and equipped. Surroundings are peaceful and it's easy to get near the sea, which is important for us birdwatchers. Fantastic Järsö and Herreskatan areas are easy get to. Must come back one day also to enjoy the lovely terrace, now instead, when it was cold and snowing outside, we enjoyed the hot sauna inside.
Small and cute cottages next to the water. Easy to walk from the ferry and city center. Nice walks directly in the area. Lots of parking space. Good amount of space in each cabin.
