A beautifull house with no close neighbors, but relativeley close to attractions or possiblities to ski, snowboarding, etc. We arrived late, but was instructed that the keys are in the key box next to the entrance. The house is spacious, has all the basic things you need to take care for yourself, the living room and the dining room is also spacious even for larger groups. The sauna is working with wood, which gives you more of a relaxed feeling than a simple electric one, and you can go out to the terrace after to cool down easily.
The best part is after a long day, at night, to sit down with some Glögi by the fireplace and just watch the beautiful scenery from the windows and relax, or just go outside and enjoy the absolute quiet and the beautifull sky or snowing.
The kids can also play outside in the snow, the property had some sledges also for use, and it was used plenty. Except a cot, anything needed to take care for small children are available.
Sadly we did not have proper conditions to withness northern lights, but I cannot really imagine better place to do so. We are sure to return if we have the chance to do so.

Excellent stay in Luost. The cottage was beautiful, pleasant, cozy where we found everything we needed.
The location is very quiet, surrounded by trees, beautiful nature and we were surprised by the proximity of the cross-country tracks, which were excellent. The private sauna was great, which we needed after days spent playing sports in the snow. It was a wonderful stay, thank you!

Wonderland spot!! Just book it! The chalet was cosy , great bedding, charming open fire, practical kitchenette , clean bathroom and sauna. Amazing Breakfast in a huge room. Great visit of the mine with -30...feeling like -40 and still the staff was super friendly! Too cold to stay outside for the Northern lights but lots of options for a play in the snow and walks near by. Great experience!! Fantastic stay!

House had everything i needed. Fireplace is nice, kitchen is comfortable, full of different cookware. A dining room was big, three bedrooms for choice. A cabin was clean, sauna was hot, grill spot was ready to use. 10/10
This gorgeous log cabin is located within walking distance of the town of Luosto. The host was super responsive and happy to give you recommendations. Perfect for our winter trip, felt like we were in the middle of now where and we had everything we needed in the cabin - sauna, fireplace, working kitchen and even snow shoes!
Chalet is beautiful both in and out. It has charming character, a beautiful fireplace, a great, tasteful decor, a well equipped kitchen, and a lovely sauna. It was warm at all times despite-24C at night. Owner Karolina was wonderful. Thank you.
The friendliness of the staff was unmatched! Such wonderful and friendly people - they helped us organise trips and shared all their knowledge about the region. The breakfast was also great and the rooms had everything you need. The room with the fireplace is very cozy and charming. We loved it here and can definitely recommend it!
Lovely log cabin hotel, with comfortable bedrooms, 2 bookable saunas, and two common area with fireplaces. The staff were lovely and breakfast was excellent - a fantastic spread served in a lovely room with a fire lit.
Spacious, clean and cozy cabin in a very remote location a few minutes drive outside Luosto. Loved the silence and the peace. We were 2 adults and 2 children and had so much space, kids particularly loved the loft area. 2 separate bedrooms on ground floor and 3 beds in loft area meant it could sleep many more than us. Sleds on porch for children. Wood left for stove and wood burning sauna. Would highly recommend.
