Exceptionally clean and well managed property. Great location in the middle of the medieval part of town just off the town square and only 3 blocks from a large car park with ample parking. We came in winter and the radiator heaters were great, and plenty of hot water and great water pressure. Only 15 minutes to amazing snowshoe hiking spots.

A brand new and thus very clean and well decorated hotel. Very cosy rooms! For the price you will struggle to find anything as design in Vielha, so this hotel was much appreciated. A nice breakfast, though some warm options would be great to add. Comfy bed!
Small but clean and comfortable room and bathroom. Very good beds. Airconditioning is a plus and difficult to find in the region. Good breakfast considering the price you pay. Good location in a charming city and very nice valley with beautiful villages. Enormous and free parking lot in front of the hotel.

Every thing about this house, the location was great, the fireplace was amazing , the host Lola was so friendly and helpful. If I am going back there for sure am staying at this house.
The staff were superb; super friendly, charming and efficient. Brilliant shuttle service to the slopes. The food was excellent, both breakfast and evening meal. Wonderful English cups of tea.
